Contemplating Mary: The Future of Wisdom

With Robert Sardello and Cheryl Sanders-Sardello

Tuesday, December 7, 2010, 7-9 pm

Abode of the Message, New Lebanon, New York

On Tuesday, December 7, from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., Seven Pillars House of Wisdom will present an evening with renowned authors and teachers focused on the intersection of the spiritual and psychological, Robert Sardello and Cheryl Sanders-Sardello.

As we enter into Advent, and toward the Christmas holiday, please join us as we explore the being of the Virgin Mary, a model for receptivity and Holy Wisdom. We will engage in the mysteries of Mary, she who is called “Full of Grace.”

This evening gathering will focus on practices for purifying and spiritually nourishing the soul, developing the creative capacity of ‘reverse concentration’, listening into utter stillness, and living within a new ground of life – the matrix of Holy Wisdom.

Recommended Donation: $10 - $15

Pre-registration is recommended but not required. For more information and to register for the event, please email, or phone, 518-794-8777.

Robert Sardello is co-founder and co-director of The School of Spiritual Psychology, which began in 1992, and co-editor of Goldenstone Press. He has written Money and the Soul of the World (with Randolf Severson), Facing the World with Soul, Love and the Soul (re-issued as Love and the World), Freeing the Soul from Fear, The Power of Soul: Living the Twelve Virtues, Silence, and A Few Steps on the Stone Path: Working with Crystals and Minerals as Spiritual Practice. His main emphasis has been to develop theoretical and practical approaches to perceiving and being in right relation with the Soul of the World, showing that humans are pulled from the time stream from the future rather than pushed from the past, and developing the interior consciousness of the heart.

Cheryl Sanders-Sardello is co-founder and co-director of the School of Spiritual Psychology and co-editor of Goldenstone Press. She is the administrative director of the School. She focuses teaching and writing on the spiritual psychology of embodiment and sensing, the spiritual psychology of aging, and our spiritual connection with those who have died and the implications of those practices for the health of the social world. She has contributed chapters to numerous books, including Silence and Love and the Soul. She is an independent teacher and scholar and has taught all over the U.S, Canada, and the U.K., as well as the Philippines and Australia.
